Terms of Service

By using TourAnyHome.com you agree to these terms. Operated by ACRtiv LLC, a Florida limited liability company, DBA TourAnyHome.com.

The service

TourAnyHome.com helps you request a limited-scope tour of a home you already found. We handle the access request with the seller's side. A licensed person meets you at the door, opens the house, and stays quiet during the tour. That visit is not a buyer-broker agreement.

We are not a brokerage. We do not represent you in a purchase. We do not advise on price, offers, or whether you should sign with a buyer's agent. If you want a buyer's agent after the tour, that agreement would go through TourAnyHome. We will not tell you to sign or not to sign.

Requesting a tour

The person at the door

The seller's agent will see a cooperating licensee's name. That is the person who will be at the door. That person is not your buyer's agent for this visit. They do not pitch inside. After the tour they stop, unless you later choose an agreement through us.

We do not store lockbox codes. Combos stay in MLS or with the licensee. We do not give MLS logins to anyone else.

Text messages

By opting in, you consent to receive transactional SMS. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or email support@touranyhome.com.

Texts cover this request only: we have it, status, confirm, day-of, arrival, and a review ask. We do not use your number for unrelated marketing. After STOP we will not text that number unless you opt in again.

Payment

The usual path is free with papers on file. If we charge a fee, we hold it until a licensed person is GPS-verified at the door, and we void the hold if we cannot get you in. We do not bill you just because a listing office said yes. Paid charges run through a processor such as Stripe.

A licensed agent may pay TourAnyHome for the chance to take that door. That is not a fee you owe, and it does not make them your agent.

Listings

We read the link you pasted. Portals and MLS can be wrong or stale. We do not guarantee that the house is still for sale, that the photos match, or that the seller's side will confirm your hour. House rules (shoes off, wait outside, cameras) come from the listing side. Follow them.

Conduct

Do not harass anyone at the house. Do not photograph people who live there if they ask you not to. Do not try to skip the licensed person and enter on your own. Do not use the service to case a house. We may refuse or cancel a request if we believe it is false, unsafe, or not a real tour.

Limitation of liability

The listing, the lockbox, and the people in the house are not under our control. We are not liable for what happens inside a home we did not own, or for advice nobody was supposed to give. If we are found liable, our cap is the amount you paid us for that tour, which may be zero. We are not liable for lost chance, lost time, or indirect damages, to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law in your state cannot be waived. Disputes are resolved by individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Florida. You and ACRtiv LLC each waive a class action and a jury trial, except where that waiver is not allowed.

Privacy

How we collect and use information is in our Privacy page. That page is part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new date will show on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the update.
