Who we are

TourAnyHome.com books limited-scope home tours. We are a platform. We are not a real estate brokerage. The licensed person at the door is not your buyer's agent unless you hire that person later through us.

What we collect

• The listing link you paste, and the address and facts we read from it.
• Your mobile number and email, if you request a tour.
• Proof of funds or a lender letter, if you upload one. Agents see that papers are on file. They do not get the file.
• The time you asked for, and whether the seller's agent confirmed it.
• GPS from the touring agent when they mark arrival, so we know someone reached the door.
• Payment details if you take a paid path. Cards are handled by a processor such as Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Device and usage data: browser, pages, and how you got here (including a Google ad click).

How we use it

• To request and confirm the tour with the seller's side, and to text and email you at each step.
• To show a licensed agent that papers are on file, without handing them the file.
• To keep the house address from the touring agent until the seller's agent has said yes.
• To run the site, stop abuse, and keep records we need for the appointment and for the law.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Text messages

If you opt in to SMS notifications, we collect your phone number to send transactional messages about this request: we have it, the seller's agent replied, you are confirmed, day-of reminder, the agent is at the house, and a short review ask. Message frequency follows the tour. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. After STOP we will not text that number unless you opt in again. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

Who else sees it

• The touring agent gets the address and house rules after the seller's agent confirms. They do not get your proof-of-funds file.
• The seller's agent sees a cooperating licensee's name. They do not get your identity from us after the tour.
• SMS providers (Sinch or Telnyx), email, hosting, and payment processors see what they need to send the message or take the payment.
• Google may see ad and site-measurement data if you arrived from an ad.
• We share when the law requires it, or to protect people and property at a tour.

We do not store lockbox codes or MLS passwords.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools to run the site, remember a pasted link on this device, measure visits, and understand ad clicks. You can block cookies in your browser. Some booking steps will still need a working session.

How long we keep it

Tour records stay as long as we need them for the appointment, disputes, and the law. Uploaded papers are kept only for that purpose and are removed when they are no longer needed. A number that replied STOP is kept on a suppression list so we do not text it again by mistake.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to end SMS. Email us to update or delete what we hold, subject to records we must keep.
• Ask for a copy of the information we have about you.
• If you are in a state with extra privacy rights, email us and we will handle the request under applicable law.

Children

This service is for adults who are shopping for a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We will post changes on this page with a new date. Keep using the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
